Booking Information

We ask for your name, contact information, chosen service and appointment time. Your booking history, consultation approval and payment status help us manage your appointments and apply the booking policy. Email verification protects access to your account.

Payments & Providers

Stripe processes payments. Hair by Jodie does not store card numbers or security codes. Supabase provides the booking database and account verification. Payment providers may process identity and transaction information under their own privacy notices. Klarna, when available, makes its own eligibility decisions.

Private Salon Notes

Jodie may keep relevant service notes, such as your preferred colour or previous formula. Health-related details, patch-test records and private photographs require appropriate consent and restricted access. Private reference photographs are not permission to publish photographs for marketing.

Messages

Booking confirmations, verification codes and appointment reminders help deliver your appointment. Optional marketing and rebooking messages require a separate choice where applicable. You can ask Jodie to stop optional follow-up messages without cancelling your appointment.

Your Choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis for using it. Some transaction records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute. We keep information only for the relevant purpose and required retention period.

Cookies

Essential account cookies keep you signed in securely. The booking area does not use advertising trackers. Your browser can delete cookies, which signs you out. Payment-provider pages have their own cookie notices.
